Rich Andrews has worked in the insurance industry for over 30 years. He started the Andrews Agency as an independent insurance agency in 1997 to offer the best possible combination of insurance coverages and pricing to his clients. Whether your insurance needs are Personal or Commercial, Life insurance or Property and Casualty, Rich has the experience and knowledge to help you make the right choices. More importantly, as the owner of the agency he views the protection and satisfaction of his clients as not only his profession, but a personal responsibility.

Rich lives outside his hometown of Lowville, New York with his wife Lorian and their three children Duncan, Adele and Deane. Together, they enjoy working and playing outdoors, time at Pleasant Lake, classic cars and their draft horses.

Lisa began her career in the insurance industry in 1998. She came to the Andrews Agency in March of 2011 and has grown to love both her work family and the Ithaca community.  Lisa holds both her Agents and Brokers Licenses as well as her NYS Notary License. She specializes in commercial lines production and customer service, however, sells and services both personal and commercial accounts. She loves the insurance industry and continues to find ways to grow in her career.  Her customers are the reason for her passion for the industry.

Lisa is a lifelong resident of Cortland and has served on several area boards.  She is currently active as an officer on the 1890 House Museum Board of Trustees.  She resides with her husband Jeffrey.  Together they share one son, Justin, who is a senior at Rochester Institute of Technology in the Computer Engineering Program. She enjoys travel, reading, crocheting, camping, soccer and spending time with friends and family.

Jackie has been in the insurance industry for over 32 years. She started her career as a CSR and eventually obtained her Brokers License. Jackie joined the Andrews Agency in 2005 as a Broker and in 2018, she decided to redirect her knowledge and expertise of the industry into the Agency Operations Manager position. A true asset to the Agency, Jackie continues to sell and service all lines of insurance as well as oversees the daily operations of the main office.

Jackie lives in Genoa where she enjoys going for walks and working outdoors. Her favorite hobby is spending time with her grandchildren.

Phil began his insurance career in 2008 at a local independent agency.  In 2010, he obtained his Property and Casualty, Life, Accidental & Health Licenses.  Phil believes in providing excellent customer service to his clients and provides families and individuals with the type of advice they need to protect their financial futures in the complex world we live in. 

Phil, his wife Kayla, and son Westin, resides in the Village of Groton.  He currently is a member on the Village of Groton Planning Board.  His wife Kayla is a member on the Village of Groton Youth Commission Board and teaches at Groton Elementary.  Phil enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling and making memories with his family.
